Preventative Maintenance

Preventative Maintenance is performed on many townhomes, condominiums and single family homes throughout Florida. This service is the best way to preserve the exterior of your home and it will prevent water from damaging your structure.  Preventative Maintenance programs can vary by project.

A typical Preventative Maintenance program consists of the following items.

  • Pressure Washing

    This is done to remove any dirt/debris from the exterior surfaces.

  • Remove Debris

    Removing any loose/flaking paint from exterior to ensure proper adhesion of paint/sealant

  • Sealing Cracks

    Sealing any cracks with Elastomeric compound (a flexible caulking) to prevent water intrusion

  • Seal Openings

    Seal all penetrations and around all openings such as windows, doors, etc

  • Touching Up

    Touching up or repainting area with proper substrate specific paint, to the proper millage (thickness), per the manufacturer specifications
